Come join Voci for a delightful musical summer afternoon. The event will feature music from Mozart’s Marriage of Figaro along with a variety of other pieces conducted by Voci singers. Refreshments will be provided and wine is being donated by Hess Persson Estates.

Synergy: When the Outstanding Outperform – December 7 & 8, 2024
In December, Two of the Bay Area’s leading choirs came together to create a sensational tour de force of seasonal choral music. Voci Women’s Vocal Ensemble and WomenSing, directed by Ofer dal Lal, presented Synergy, a varied program that will include works for double-choir, choir with solo, and other choral combinations.
Come, Lovers, Follow Me: Madrigals of Love and Life – May 5, 2024
Voci presented a concert of madrigals and related musical forms from the Renaissance, early Baroque, and 20th century. Small ensembles, soloists, and the full choir will perform a rich variety of settings of beautiful and thought-provoking poetry in English, French, Italian and even Macedonian.
Peace Be Within Thy Walls: An Urgent Wish for Our Times – March 17 and March 24, 2024
Both timely and timeless, the theme of peace is often seen on choral stages. In this concert, through sounds that are not only soothing, but at times provoking, Voci will present a REAL peace – one that may require effort and even sacrifice.
Transitions: Embracing Change and Transformation – December 2 and December 3, 2023
Music that explores and embraces change, from seasonal transitions to milestones such as birth, marriage, leaving and returning home. Featuring the premiere of Edna Yeh’s setting of Sara Teasdale’s “Twilight.”
In the Time of Brahms: Music for Women’s Voices from the Master and his Friends: March 26 and April 1, 2023
In the spring of 2023, Voci performed a special concert featuring favorites from Johannes Brahms and his dear friends, Robert and Clara Schumann. Voci was joined by 2 horn players, a harpist and second pianist.
We Rise! Songs of Overcoming: Dec 3 and 4, 2022
On the weekend of December 3rd and 4th, Voci Women’s Vocal Ensemble presented “We Rise! Songs of Overcoming”, music focused on encouragement, acceptance, self-confidence, hope, healing, and kindness—just what we all need in these challenging times. The program included music by 9 women composers, all composed in recent years and spanning an eclectic range of musical styles.
With a Song in My Heart: May 15, 2022

Sacred Baroque: April 3, 2022 and April 9, 2022
On April 3 and 9, Voci presented two concerts of stunning Sacred Baroque music featuring Pergolesi’s Masterwork Stabat Mater and other choral treasures. Voci was accompanied by the Jubilate Baroque Orchestra playing on period instruments.
In December, 2021, Voci returned to in person singing with the Message of Peace: Beloved Seasonal Gems concert. Led by composer and conductor, Mitchell Covington, the program featured the profoundly moving Tree of Peace, the jubilant Regina Coeli, the richly atmospheric Peace of Wild Things, along with other inspiring choral masterworks by Palestrina, Britten, and Debussy.
